Other Things

It appears that the Lunar Legacy contest won out. XD So now I'm working very, very hard to push out not only backlogged work, commissioned work, and pics I've had laying arounf for months but never finished, but also my Lunar Legacy and the story that goes with each girl. For the most part, it's not happy.

Finally broke down and bought Prismacolors. Not happy with them AT ALL >.> The lightfast ones handle like low-quality chalk, the premiers like a weird by-product of chalk and crayons, and the verithins are beautiful for detail work, but are shit for large-area coloring. The only decent point I've found about them so far is that they blend very nicely. XD

Been coloring some linearts (most of them can be found in my favs in the folder marked "to be colored"), experimenting with various combinations of colored pencil brands. So far I've mixed the three types of Prismacolor, Crayola (still my fav), Fantasia (very nice brand, wish they had more colors....), Foohey, Sanford Colorifics, Staedler, and Prang. I have some Roseart pencils too, but they're shit and I only use them when I'm really desperate. -.-
